The Role
As a result of stellar growth and to position ourselves for the continual expansion of Chitika, we are looking to appoint a number of key Director level roles throughout the organization to spearhead the growth.
In this role you will be responsible for leading all ares of Marketing, this includes PR, Branding, our Insights Program (research publications) and increasing Market awareness. This role involves high level strategic thinking and leadership, with 5-10 direct reports including the Branding Marketing Manager and PR Manager. This will include, but is not limited to, the following;
- Develop and implement Branding and PR strategies for Chitika
- Manage, lead and develop the Marketing team
- Increase Brand awareness
- Implementing goal driven marketing strategies for the various teams
- Constantly monitor, evaluate & analyze all Marketing initiatives throughout Chitika
- Ensure Chitika is a known identity globally

Requirements

- Have proven and strong leadership skills
- Have previous experience and excellent results in Branding
- Have the capacity and credibility to lead our research, branding and performance driven Marketing teams.
- Be a driven leader with tenacity and an entrepreneurial spirit.
- You will have a degree in a relevant field.
